ITEM SPECIFICS.
- Material: lead crystal.
- Dimension: height - 80 mm.; diameter - 46 mm..
- Pattern: horizontal grooves that look like pin stripes
- Design: frosted, cylindrical, grooved.
- Back stamp: etched at the bottom is the word "CRYSTAL" and below it is the monogram of JG Durand.
Made in FRANCE.
NOTES:
- This elegant candlestick holds a tapered candle. I bought it from an upscale houseware boutique in Manila.
- The piece comes in (I think) 3 different sizes.
A Bit of Trivia:
- Did you know that JG Durand is a brand under the Arc International? It is a French manufacturer and distributor of household goods established in Arques, Pas-de-Calais in 1825. The other brands under the Arc group are Luminarc, Arcoroc, Crystal d'Arques, Long Champs, Salviati, and Pyrex.
